I just got off the phone a few hours ago with one of my blog followers and we were able to discuss training for football players. Joe is a strength and conditioning coach in Pennsylvania for a local high school football team; it was a really good call with lots of good content- Joe brought lots of great questions for me to answer and lots of topics were covered, including:

-Nutrition for high school athletes

-Should high school athletes use supplements?

-Program design and keeping things simple

-Where the BEST results come from for high school athletes

-Where most high school athletes go WRONG when they are looking to gain weight

-And more… Check it out! Click HERE to listen to the audio interview! (Be patient as the interview downloads, we talked for a good 45 minutes- it may take 2-4 minutes to download, but it’s worth the wait!)

Enjoy! Thanks again, Joe!! Great call, man.
