Hey peeps, hope you’re all having a great Sunday!
On Thanksgiving morning after I played some football (family tradition for years!), I was able to sit down and grill my friend and fellow personal trainer/strength coach Bert Sims, owner of Dynamic Physique, a personal training business located in Langley, British Columbia, Canada.

We talked training, how to design programs, training athletes, how to REALLY achieve your goals, speed training, etc.. We pretty much covered all aspects when it comes to getting the results YOU want.

Below you’ll find the interview. Just hit play and you’re off! It’s about 57 minutes long, so feel free to pause it and come back later, or let it play while you’re doing other things..
I’m serious though- there’s some GREAT information packed in this interview.
Enjoy! Leave me a comment below!
